Garal Group, is a Spanish based corporate finance boutique founded in 1993 that specializes in:

• Advising on negotiation and execution of domestic and cross-border acquisition or sale of businesses
• Financing strategy for and execution of raising venture capital, private equity, mezzanine financing, debt and other forms of financing.
• Analysis of company financials for Spanish companies, construction of financial projections, and valuation of businesses.
• Advising on negotiations and structuring, negotiating, and execution of strategic alliances, joint ventures, and other corporate initiatives.
• Searching of Spanish acquisition or joint venture target companies for non-Spanish based clients willing either to gain a foothold in Spain or increase their presence with further Spanish acquisitions.

The Spanish team is integrated by four professional executives with complementary education and experience in cross border corporate finance transactions:

Enrique García Alvarado

 Served as executive director of Eurocontinental Advisers, a venture capital fund backed by Crédit Agricole and DG Bank, and as director at KPMG Peat Marwick, where he managed M&A legal and tax advisory activities.

Holds degrees in Economics and Law from the University of Barcelona and has completed IESE’s General Management Program (PDG).

Manuel Reimunde

Served as managing director of WAT, an engineering and equipment installation firm, and Ecofluid Tratamientos, an environmental engineering and water purification business.

Holds degree in industrial engineering, an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa, and has completed IESE’s Senior Management Program (PADE).
