Bert Lippens RA RV
Started his professional career in 1990 at Ernst & Young in both the external audit and the corporate finance division in the Netherlands and South Africa. Bert graduated in 1995 as chartered accountant (RA) and in 2001 as business valuator (RV). As a senior manager at Ernst & Young in the Netherlands Bert was involved in various cross border transactions for listed companies and large private equity firms.
In November 2000 Bert started as a director at Jonker Advies Corporate Finance (JACF) in Eindhoven. Together with the founder Bert expanded the corporate finance business for JACF.
Nowadays he focuses on (international) M&A transactions for medium and large companies and business valuations. Bert is also founder of the Dutch Corporate Finance Association (DCFA) in the Netherlands.
Rob Schmidt
Rob has 25 years of experience in corporate finance. He became his master degree in finance at the University of Amsterdam and he post graduated in economics at Insead Fontainebleau. Rob worked for NMB and later ING bank for the past 24 years. During this period he supported his colleagues with M&A transactions and financing issues. He is also founder of Matchplan Corporate Finance, a former 100% daughter of ING bank.
Rob joined Jonker Advies Corporate Finance in April 2008 as an associated partner in the Amsterdam office. Rob has in-depth knowledge of finance and he can rely on many years of M&A experience.
