Mauro Vacchini
Parsec's founding and managing partner, Mauro was trained in positions of increasing responsibility in primary financial institutions.
For ten years, Mauro has managed the Advisory and M&A Department of Banque Paribas in Italy, gaining invaluable experience in domestic and cross-border operations.
In 1995 Mauro founded Parsec Finance and, subsequently, was one of the founding partners of euroMerger Group.
Fabrizio Cosi
Partner, Fabrizio holds a degree in Jurisprudence from LUISS University (Rome) and an MBA from the SDA School at L. Bocconi University (Milan).
Fabrizio has more than a decade experience in Banca Commerciale Italiana. Fabrizio started in the Legal and Consulting Department and subsequently moved to a number of different offices, holding positions of responsibility in the development of corporate relations (financial advisory, credit authorization and accounting, financing syndicates) for large domestic and international companies.
He joined Parsec Finance as a partner in 2000.
Lorenzo Brenta
Partner, Lorenzo graduated in Civil Engineering at City University (London) and holds an MBA from Columbia University (New York).
Lorenzo held positions of responsibility in Private Equity funds in the USA and the UK, and was a Director of Advent International in London and Milan.
Subsequently, Lorenzo created and managed investment holding companies in specific sectors, such as web marketing and Foodservice.
In Parsec Finance since 2005, Lorenzo is responsible for Merchant Banking operations.
