Founded in 1991, Industrie Consult International is an independent management consulting company operating internationally and specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions. It is headquartered in Düsseldorf.
Besides advising our clients on the acquisition and sale of companies, our services also include the raising of equity and bank finance. Moreover, we advise our clients on Management Buy-Outs, Management Buy-Ins, Leveraged Buy-Outs, Transformations, Joint Ventures and Co-operations.

We act in an advisory capacity to medium-sized businesses and entrepreneurial families as well as to large-scale businesses, and handle all stages of the transaction.

Our staff consists of 12 accomplished professionals including seven partners who have senior in-depth M&A experience. Before joining Euromerger Germany some of our skilled partners were operating executives of international conglomerates, some had leading positions at renowned banks.

Rüdiger Goll
Founder and Managing Partner

After having completed his studies with a degree in economics at the University of Siegen, Rüdiger Goll worked for Bayerische Vereinsbank – first as corporate accounts officer and later as head of corporate banking. He acted in an advisory capacity to both medium-sized businesses and big international groups of companies.

After that he joined Banque Paribas and was at first responsible for Corporate Banking for domestic and international conglomerates. Later on, he built up the bank’s German and international M&A business and became the head of this department. During this time he realized a multitude of inland and cross-border transactions.

In 1991 Rüdiger Goll founded Industrie Consult International and is the company’s managing partner. He is also the co-founder of the international euroMerger Group.
