Prevestor Partners, founded in 1996, is an independent professional services firm that has acted as a financial advisor in over 100 transactions.

Prevestor Partners generally undertakes complete responsibility for M&A transactions, but can also assist with financial advice and analysis engagements. Our services include sales and divestitures, MBO/MBI arrangements, valuations and fairness opinions as well as other financial advisory services, analysis and consulting.

Our team has long substantial experience of valuations and company transactions with a background from industry, banking and finance. We have conducted assignments within the following sectors: IT/Telecom, retail and wholesale, engineering and manufacturing, food, media, construction and transport.

Our main business principles and values include personal service, confidentiality, professionalism and quality.

The office is run by two partners with many years of M&A experience.

Rikard Hildén

is the founder of Prevestor Partners. He has 20 years of experience from the capital markets and M&A transactions. He has been responsible for numerous M&A transactions, MBO's as well as finance arrangement and valuations. He was capital market analyst and consultant at investment banks prior to founding Prevestor Partners in 1996.

Olli Vesikivi

has more than 20 years of experience in business development, investments and financing. Previously he was Senior Manager at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance in Finland and Partner of a Finnish consulting firm with responsibility for numerous M&A transactions.
