Our board of representatives

Our board comprises representatives from each member and meets bimonthly to coordinate euroMerger activities. Constant communication and information-sharing among members forms the basis for euroMerger integration.

In addition to bimonthly meetings, our regularly-scheduled conference calls, corporate intranet, file sharing, transaction and contact database, and other IT systems ensure that we are focused on all aspects of current transactions and opportunities, as well as facilitate the sharing of contacts, information, and ideas.
